ingredients:
4 cups of fresh or frozen cherries
1 cup of water
2 to 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar

How to prepare:
1- Put the cherries in a blender with water and sugar and make a kind of puree out of it. Pass the mixture through a sieve, extracting as much of the liquid as possible. Get rid of solids.
two- Then, pour the liquid into the ice cream maker and make the ice cream, following the manufacturer’s instructions. Put the ice cream in an airtight container and freeze it.
3- If you don’t have a machine, put the strained mixture into a mold and store it on a flat surface in the freezer. Freeze, stirring and scraping it with a fork every 30 minutes, rolling the frozen edges toward the center and crushing any lumps, over the course of two to three hours.
