We start the week with good news for Windows 11 users: Windows OS Microsoft Recently added support for more compressed file extensions. The new feature has been implemented with the update KB5031455 Preview 11 released by the developer last Thursday (26).
Windows has been compatible with compressed (.zip) files for a long time, but even then there were some formats that were not natively supported by the program. The latest update added compatibility with 11 versions allowing users to extract without having to use third party software like WinRAR.
