Ana Figueiredo takes over as CEO of Altice Portugal on April 2, replacing Alexandre Fonseca, who holds international executive positions in the group, accumulating the position of “Chairman of the Board” of the Portuguese subsidiary.
Born in Lisbon in 1974, Ana Figueiredo holds a degree in Business and Management from the Superior Institute of Economics of Gestau (ISEG) and an MBA from Universidad Católica and Nova Business School (MBA Lisbon).
Since 2018, she has served as CEO of Altice Dominicana, being the first woman to head a telecom operator in the country, where she was responsible for the strategic and operational restructuring of the company that led to strong growth and consolidation of Altice in the Dominican Republic market. , according to his biographical note.

Between 2016 and 2018, she was appointed Chief Audit Executive for the Altice Group in Switzerland, where she oversaw operations in France, the United States, Israel, Portugal and the Dominican Republic.
With around 20 years of professional experience in the telecommunications sector, he joined PT Group in 2003, performing positions in audit, operational advisory and organizational transformation, leading teams and projects in Portugal, Brazil, Cape Verde, Morocco, Namibia, Sao Tome and Principe, Mozambique, Kenya and East Timor.
He began his auditing career at Galp and worked in audit and financial advisory at EY.
Alexandre Fonseca, 47, has been the CEO of Altice Portugal since November 2017.
