WhatsApp indicates the job site for new jobs tested in Brazil

The WhatsApp messaging app has introduced a new functionality for users to locate bars, restaurants, cafeterias and other types of projects. The novelty is used in the city of São Paulo with companies that use the WhatsApp Business version. The test is conducted exclusively in Brazil and is called Business Directory. It acts as a kind of user-recommended sitemap.

“The directory is currently only available for some businesses in downtown São Paulo that sell products and services in the area, including food, retail and education. Over time, we hope to include more categories and geographies, and make more of the directory available to businesses using the app.”
