USA: – Missing for eight years

The latest: Police now suspect Farias was never missing.

Last Thursday, a local activist, Quanell X, held a press conference claiming that the 25-year-old Farias’ mother had kept him as a sex slave. He writes New York Post.

Based on interviews with Rudy, there are no reports of sexual assault, Houston police say during the press conference.

– We say that our investigation is our police said when asked if Qunell X had lied.

– I interviewed him and I was trained to listen to statements that could lead to charges being brought, and no, nothing like that has been said yet, says one of the investigators.

It is not a crime to lose Farias, the police said when asked if Farias had actually been missing for eight years.

– If the charges are true, we can see and follow the evidence, say the police.

Police in Houston called a press conference at 18.00 Norwegian time, but have not yet commented on Qunell X’s allegations.

In a video provided by a reporter for local television station KPRC 2, Faria’s mother, Jani Santana, can be seen saying she expects to be arrested.

– Now they want to arrest me because they say I hid it, Santanas says in the video.

The family’s neighbors had stated several times that the boy, who had been reported missing for eight years, was not, in fact, missing.

– He used to come to our garage and relax with my cousin and my son and daughter. Neighbor Keisha Ross told local KTRK-TV that boy was never gone.

A former private investigator who investigated the disappearances on behalf of the family in 2015 told Insider that he believes something is wrong with this case.

“There’s something dark and dirty in there,” Brendan Paradise tells Insider.
