wAlmost five months after the departure of Aaron Carter, the cause of the singer’s death was announced, which was considered “accidental”.
According to TMZ, which obtained the coroner’s report, Aaron Carter took prescription medications.
The Los Angeles County medical examiner explains that the singer was going to drown in the bathtub at his home, but before that he took alprazolam — a generic form of Xanax — and inhaled difluoroethane — a gas often used in cans of compressed air.
The report states that the artist was “incapacitated while in the bathtub due to the effects” of the substances and ended up slipping under the water and drowning. The explanation that led the medical examiner to consider the death as an accident.
