We know the story of Conceição, a woman who has been suffering from severe migraine attacks for 28 years. Conceição realized she had migraines at the age of 21 when she was working in a hospital. It has been 28 years since the first time. He admits that he was a very positive person, in a very good mood, and that migraines have taken away his smile. She lives in a state of panic, and often the migraine has not yet arrived and Conceição is already afraid that it will come. Since the age of 40, he has lost control of his migraine attacks. He talks about the worries and fears of migraines. She is afraid professionally and her children worry a lot, because they have a problem that is not theirs, especially the eldest, who is a special boy. She says that she has failed as a mother and is afraid that something will happen to her children. He says that he has already felt like dying and that he has no quality of life. He does not want to live like this anymore.

We heard Barbara Mira’s story. Barbara recalls her childhood and reveals that even then, other people’s comments affected her. She reveals that her classmates made fun of her at school and called her a giraffe because she was taller. He says that when he discovered dancing, he fell in love and saw it as an escape. But that didn’t last long. At around 13/14, she started comparing her body to her classmates and wondering why other dancers lifted up and she didn’t. This was the impetus for her to start thinking about diets, trying to lose weight in search of the perfect body. A few years later, when he was 18, he lost his grandfather, which didn’t help him either, and he started losing weight and liked what he saw, so he continued. At meals, I would hide food in my socks, my sleeve, and even my neck. In college, I wouldn’t even eat lunch. He used to weigh himself and remembers doing it every half hour until his mother discovered him and broke the scale. For Barbara, this was a complete panic, and the young woman finally revealed that she weighed 36 kilograms, and ended up being admitted to the hospital. They told her at the hospital that she might die, and that scared her at the time.
