Hey Dentist Shadi Manouchehri used her TikTok account to reveal the three moments when you should avoid brushing your teeth. He said in the video that some time should pass after vomiting, eating breakfast, and even after eating sweets.

Vomiting

In this case, it's all about stomach acid. “People should never brush their teeth when the pH of their mouth is too low, because they don't want to rub that acid into their teeth,” says dentist Beth Kunitz. “Vomit contains stomach acids, which can soften and dissolve the outer layer of teeth,” Diana Nguyen continues.

“You can drink water and rinse your mouth with water or mouthwash to help clean food particles from your teeth and gums.”
