A 31-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after three dead people were found in Nottingham in the UK.

Two of the dead were found in Exton Street In the middle shortly after 4 a.m. on Tuesday.

Then another incident was reported to the police where Akbar’s vehicle tried to run over three people.

The injured were taken to the hospital, where they are receiving treatment.

A third person was found dead on another street outside the city centre, about a ten-minute drive from where the other dead people were found.

– This is a cruel and tragic accident that claimed the lives of three people, says Emergency Director Kate Mennell to Reuters.

– We believe these three incidents are linked and we have a man under arrest. The investigation is at an early stage, Mennell says, and our investigators are working to get an overview of what happened.

She asks the public to be patient while the police continue to work to secure evidence at the scene.

The BBC writes that there was major unrest in the city after police cordoned off an area in the city centre. Public transportation has also been temporarily suspended.

According to the broadcaster, the Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service are on the scene, assisting the police in their work.

The public, including motorists, have been told to avoid the area and plan alternate routes.
