Hey Doctor Mikhail Varshavsky, through his YouTube account, which is followed by more than 11 million people, published a video containing his opinion on a “controversial” topic: urinating in the bathroom. For the expert, there are pros and cons. “It saves time, it saves water,” but it can pose “health risks,” because urine can carry bacteria.

Although the risk is low, “the urine is not completely free of bacteria,” the doctor warns.
