sNonia Jesus is best known for participating in TVI’s Big Brother, but recently her name has been mentioned for other reasons.
On June 1 of this year, the fiancé of the former reality show contestant was arrested for drug trafficking, and since that day, he has never returned home.
Sonya, who was pregnant at the time, ended up giving birth in September, when the boy’s father was in prison.
In a first interview after this arrest, Sonia Jesus made it clear to Manuel Luis Jocha that she still believed in her husband’s innocence: “There is no drug trafficking or selling in my house. This is a lie.”
The former rival of “BB” lashed out at the press and called out a widely circulated report that alleged drug trafficking had begun “at ‘Big Brother’ parties.” Vitó “never contacted anyone at Galas,” Sonia asserted.
The businesswoman also revealed that the suspicions involving her husband started when the two met Edmar’s father, who is also part of the process.
Sonya says that she believes that if she had not participated in the programme, her partner would not have been arrested. He emphasized that Vito “never touched drugs.”
