The PSI-20 closed Monday session on negative ground, down 0.95% at 5,221.72 points. Of the 18 prices included in the index, 8 advanced and 10 fell.

The national stock market contrasted with the trend in Europe, with a large portion of the European markets closing higher.

The Lisbon pullback led the BCP, which fell 5.76% in the first session of the week, to 15.55 cents. Altri securities sank 2.71% to 6,095 euros. The operator Nos fell 2.44% in the session to € 3,052. In the energy sector, the EDP ended the session 0.84% ​​lower at € 4.702. Also worth noting is Sonae, which was down 1.15% to 81.60 cents. Mota-Engil decreased 0.93% to 1.4850.

On the positive side, Galp Energia led the gains in the session, with shares up 0.79% to € 10,045, followed by Pharol, which rose 0.58% to 10.44 cents. EDP ​​Renováveis ​​offers 0.26% to € 19.61.

Jerónimos Martins, owner of Pingo Doce stores, also ended the session on positive ground, with stocks up 0.47% at € 15.8950.
