Cuba Quindredi, the Estoril midfielder who is close to joining Sporting next January, celebrated on social media the victory over Benfica in the League Cup.
The post is just news because Cassiano, a colleague of the Frenchman, commented on the photo with the writing “Ya te extraño,” which translates to “I miss you already.”
The footballer, on loan from Valencia to Estoril, will still play in the League Cup final on Saturday, before heading to Alvalade.
However, according to “A Bola”, Koindredi’s file is practically closed. The midfielder is scheduled to sign for Sporting on Sunday, one day after the match with Braga, in Leiria.
The contract will be valid for five seasons and the Lions will pay around €4 million to Estoril. The Canarinhos activate the purchase clause of 3 million with the Spanish club, and the player moves to the Lions until the end of the season. At that point, he will belong to Sporting permanently, says the athlete.
Recall that in his review of the match with the Eagles, Estoril coach Vasco Sibra praised the midfielder.
“I have also spoken on several occasions about his qualities. He is an extremely talented player, with an extraordinary path ahead of him. We have no doubts and therefore, just like you… [imprensa] As you can see, he was acting normal. “We know we have a lot of talented players.”
