The Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation, Paolo Alvim, participates in the launch of the “Digital Literacy” project in Londrina on Thursday (7) at 10 am.
The initiative aims to train students, educators, and professionals in the skills required by Industry 4.0. The idea is for participants to develop skills that allow appropriate use of digital solutions and trends that will be part of future careers.
The program will be implemented by Facti, a private science and technology enterprise with support from Positivo Tecnologia and resources from Priority Programs and Projects of National Concern (PPI) for Informatics Law. The pilot project is headquartered in Londrina, where the initiative begins with the training of 120 high school, technical and higher education students, teachers and professionals from various fields. Through the training, the participants will be able to be double agents working in the training of up to two thousand students in elementary schools in the city.
The digital literacy project still intends to develop and improve diverse skills in the fields of science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics (STEAM), which will be implemented in the form of free courses for technical and professional application.
