The Belgian press is reporting on Debast's possible move to Sporting

gEno Debast is one of Sporting's biggest targets for the upcoming transfer market, in order to fill a potential departure in the defensive axis. But an easy deal is not expected for the Alvalade group.

The national sports press reported on Wednesday that the player had already been traded by the Lions, but information arriving from Belgium points in the opposite direction.

According to Belgian journalist Sascha Tavoleri, there is no agreement between the two parties, and the athlete can still leave Anderlecht for another team.

Although he confirmed that Sporting is one of the clubs interested in Debast, the same source confirms that there are several candidates to contract with the centre-back and that the file will witness developments during the next few weeks.

Zino Debast played 36 matches for Anderlecht this season and is linked to the historic Belgian club until 2025.
