The bad news: The Samsung Galaxy S25 and S25+ won't have camera changes

Samsung won't release the next generation of its best smartphones until next year, but rumors continue to emerge at an exponential rate.

But the latest rumors bring with them less encouraging and exciting news about the Galaxy S25 and S25+ models. It appears that the two stations will not undergo any update to their camera.

But although the basic and Plus models do not undergo improvements, while maintaining the 50-megapixel primary sensor, according to the GalaxyClub website, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will record significant improvements.

The site says that the most advanced model in the series will have a module containing a 200-megapixel primary sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, a 50-megapixel telephoto sensor with 3x optical zoom and a second sensor with a 50-megapixel telephoto sensor and 5x optical zoom.

For comparison purposes, remember that the Galaxy S24 Ultra has a 200MP primary sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, a 50MP periscope sensor, and a 10MP telephoto sensor.

Exynos or Qualcomm processor?

However, there are also conflicting rumors about which processor the Galaxy S25 series will use.

So far, most sources have said that Samsung will maintain the strategy of using Qualcomm chipsets in the Ultra terminal while the other two models will be equipped with an Exynos chip, to reduce production costs.

But well-known analyst Ming-Chi Kuo advances that the entire Galaxy S25 series will be equipped with the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor from Qualcomm.

The well-known analyst says that the Exynos 2500 chip does not perform as expected, which is why Samsung is considering not including it in this series of the best smartphones.
