Suspect who shot Lady Gaga’s dog suspect released due to ‘administrative error’ – Showbiz

James Howard Jackson, 19, is accused of shooting Ryan Fisher with a pistol during the attempted kidnapping of Lady Gaga in 2021 near Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles.

The US Delegates Service (USMS) this week acknowledged that Jackson was released last April due to an “administrative error” and described him as an armed and dangerous individual.

Authorities are offering a $5,000 reward for information helping in the search for Jackson, one of three accused of attempted murder and robbery during the attack.

According to the police, the suspects’ motive for attacking the pedestrians was not due to their famous owner, but rather because they are a desirable breed that can sell for thousands of dollars.

Two suspects got out of a car and forced Fisher to turn the pets over at gunpoint. After the young man was shot during an engagement, the men fled with two dogs, Koji and Gustav.

The third animal, Miss Asia, escaped from the scene before returning to Fisher, seriously injured.

A 50-year-old woman handed over her missing pet to police two days after the theft.
