7. A date is then set for the General Assembly – if necessary in different sessions – to vote on the specialization, and in the event of disagreement, the relevant proposals are voted on alternately and according to the article.

8. Each independent proposal will have three minutes to present.

9. In the event of a positive conflict between approved standards or a negative conflict between unapproved standards, in particular with regard to the powers of corporate bodies, the Military Advocate General will submit to the Assembly for a vote, prior to global approval of the statute, the choice of standard to be included in the final proposal.

10. Proposals that obtain the qualified majority stipulated in Article 91, paragraph 3, of the Statute, as long as they are methodologically coherent, will form part of the final version of the Statute, which will be subject to a final universal vote, in an independent vote. Process and voting.
