Sonae Sierra and Signal Capital create “an innovative office concept in the center of Lisbon” – Executive Summary

Sonae Sierra, the real estate arm of Sonae Group, and Signal Capital, a private investment and property management company, have moved forward with the development of an “innovative office concept in central Lisbon”.

República5 is a project of approximately 11,100 square meters of office space distributed over 12 floors, including 250 private parking spaces in the basement. Buildings 2 and 3 have an area of ​​5,000 square metres, and can accommodate one resident, given their characteristics.
