Skylines II for PC, Xbox, and PS5, is still in 2023

It was during the Paradox Trailer Show that Paradox Interactive, in conjunction with Colossal Order, Announced the release of Cities: Skylines IIstill for the current year, which will be available for both PC, as well as PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S and X.

Cities: Skylines has been, since its launch in 2015, the new standard in terms of urban management simulations, capitalizing on the void created by the abandonment of Electronic Arts and Maxis in the SimCity saga. Cities: Skylines has been a success since then, a success that has been maintained by the constant release of new updates with new features, new downloadable content, and thousands of community-created mods.

In Cities: Skylines II, Paradox believes that it will revolutionize the genre, with a new graphics engine that will allow the creation of giant skyscrapers, artificial intelligence to generate traffic and citizens to navigate the streets, as well as a new dynamic system of seasons with weather changes.

Although Paradox Interactive has not confirmed this, rumors have surfaced confirming the use of Unreal Engine 4 in this new title. For now, we just have this trailer that, however enticing, doesn’t reveal anything concrete about Cities: Skylines II. One thing is for sure, and it really is the same Available on Steamto add it to your Wish List (Wish List).
