“Science Caravan” succeeds among students of the Duque de Caxias | Duke Caxias

Duke Caxias – A “Science Caravan” He continues to roam the areas of Duque de Caxias. This Tuesday, the 15th, the event brought together students from Santa Cruz da Serra schools who had the opportunity to conduct science experiments such as dynamics involving force that instantly transformed into electrical energy and an optical illusion.

The project contains partnerships with the State Government of Rio de Janeiro and the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation, as well as the Cecierj Foundation and the Municipal Ministry of Education in Duke Caxias, who also support the program. The goal is to teach the scientific universe in an interactive and dynamic way, through a roving museum located inside a trailer.

During the activities, the Deputy Mayor of Duque de Caxias, Wilson Miguel, spoke with school unit directors and interacted with students of the municipal schools.

“I remember my childhood during these activities with the children. The deputy mayor announced that watching this action enhances the motivation of students to develop creativity and learn technology.
