Two weeks before the Samsung Unpacked event, which is scheduled for February 1st, pricing, full specifications and even images of the three new premium smartphones were revealed.

Prices for the new series start at $1,350 AUD, which in direct conversion translates to around €870. As for the specifications, all rumors are confirmed, especially in the more advanced Galaxy S23 Ultra model.

On February 1, Samsung will officially unveil its new premium Galaxy S23 series. But on the social network Twitter, leakers have predicted and unofficially revealed images, complete specifications and even prices for each of the series’ models. Let’s meet them.

Most of the rumors have been reinforced by both leakers. In this sense, the most advanced model will feature a 6.8-inch AMOLED screen with QHD + resolution (3088 x 1440 pixels) and a variable refresh rate from 1 to 120 Hz, in addition to a brightness of 1750 nits that can reach 2000 nits.

As expected, the model will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, which is paired with several RAM and storage options. In the first case, two variants, one with 8 and the other with 12 GB; Storage starts at 256GB and ends at 1TB.

All of these variants will feature a 5,000mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging and 10W wireless charging.

Now one of the most important selling points of this terminal, is the configuration of the rear camera. Here will be Samsung’s new ISOCELL HP2 sensor, 200MP, ultra wide angle with 12MP and telephoto and periscope sensors, both with 10MP.

It should be noted that the periscope sensor will have 10x optical zoom and optical image stabilization, and in addition to the telephoto sensor, also with optical image stabilization, it will have 3x optical zoom. The Galaxy S23 Ultra’s camera will also be able to record 8K video at 30fps and 4K at 60fps, although the sensor has a capacity of 120fps.

The remaining two models in the series will have some similar specifications. Like for example the rear camera setup. This will have a 50MP primary sensor, a 12MP ultra wide angle and even a 10MP telephoto sensor with 3x optical zoom.

Both models also feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor which is paired with 8GB of RAM. But in terms of storage, they have different options: the Plus model will have 256GB and 512GB variants while the base model will have either 128GB or 256GB.

The Galaxy S23+ will also have a larger screen that lives up to its name. The 6.6-inch AMOLED panel will have a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, which can dynamically change between 48 and 120Hz.

The Galaxy S23 screen has the same specifications, but with a smaller size of 6.1 inches. The same goes for the built-in batteries, as the base model packs a 3,900mAh battery with 25W fast charging.

The Galaxy S23+ has a larger 4,700mAh battery and 45W fast charging. All models in this series arrive with the new interface Samsung One UI 5.1

Prices for Samsung Galaxy S23 models

Meanwhile, 91Mobile is now publishing the prices at which each model will hit the market. Values ​​are disclosed in Australian dollars and we will do a direct currency conversion, so when it arrives in Portugal, prices may be higher.

According to the aforementioned website, the Galaxy S23 starts at AU$1,350, which in direct conversion translates to about 870 euros. The Plus model will start at AU$1,650, which is approx 1065 euros.

In contrast, the base variant of the Galaxy S23 Ultra will cost from AU$1,950, something like 1255 euros.
