Russian conscripts talk about chaos: no one knows what they’re doing

It is the independent Russian newspaper insider Which speaks of a group of six Russian soldiers mobilized from the Krasnodar region, who, in a video clip on social media, demanded better leadership from the central authorities.

They were called into war after Russian President Vladimir Putin partially mobilized 300,000 reservists earlier this fall. These soldiers believed that after a short period of training they were thrown into the battlefield in Ukraine, without being told what to do.

– It turned out that suddenly we were somewhere along the fields in Ukraine and they threw us there like dogs, the soldiers say in the video.

Lost ammo, drive and radio

They said they got a uniform and two AK-47s with bayonets, but there was no ammunition.

There was no information or management. We were sitting on needles when we didn’t know where our people were and where the enemy was, says one of the men in the video posted on Souta social media.

They ended the video by accusing the authorities of not providing them with radios or medical equipment, as well as ammunition.

– Now it’s zero degrees at night, although it’s at least warm during the day, so you feel warm. I want to show this to our authorities. Do you consider this normal?

There are already 16,000 reservists in Ukraine

Last week, President Putin announced that 16,000 of the 300,000 mobilized reserves are already in Ukraine. Many experts believe that many will end up largely as cannon fodder.

The video has not yet been independently verified, but it came after several reports of complaints about poor training and a lack of equipment among Russian forces.

– They didn’t give us any equipment at all. The army owns nothing. Russian soldier Vladimir said that we had to buy all the equipment ourselves Watchman.

– I even had to paint over the gun to cover the rust. It’s a nightmare. Soon we should have to buy our grenades, he is angry.

Zelensky: The feeling of loss is getting stronger in Russia

Ukraine is destroying the so-called second most powerful army in the world. In his daily video address on Monday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that the sense of loss is getting stronger in Russia, eight months after Russia invaded the neighboring country.

Zelensky added that Russia has gone from being an important international political player to being increasingly isolated. He added that the Ukrainian forces regain control of the occupied territories every day.
