Advanced gives great importance to nutrition, with special emphasis on proteins

The English newspaper ‘The Sun’ reported this Sunday that Cristiano Ronaldo had persuaded Manchester United’s chefs to add some of their favorite food to the team’s menu, but not all dishes were well received by the Portuguese’s fellow Red Devils.

The captain of the national team, who follows a very strict diet and attaches great importance to food, eats six meals a day, with a special emphasis on protein. One of the dishes that was provided to the team was cod, which didn’t cause too many problems. But there were other disciplines that did not meet the preferences of the Manchester United stars.

A source in the club told the newspaper: “He loves octopus, but most players do not even approach him, even though it is one of Ronaldo’s favorite dishes.”

The same source added: “Ronaldo tried to impress some of them with Portuguese food, but those who were expecting to eat grilled chicken with peri peri were disappointed. Cristiano loves protein, pork chops, eggs and avocado. Some of your favorite foods.”
