Rogue City has a trailer, but it’s been delayed until September

If you’re looking forward to playing RoboCop: Rogue City in June, you better keep your feet on the ground. The future cop game has been postponed to September this year. It’s not all bad, however: Nacon revealed a new gameplay for the title on Thursday (09).

The video was released during the Nacon Connect show and shows the big man of steel killing a gang of drug dealers in an arcade basement. There are some exciting additions to the game, including a feature that slows down movement while RoboCop unloads its Auto 9 on enemies. paying off:

This new production will not be a direct adaptation of existing films in the franchise. Instead, RoboCop: Rogue City will have a completely original story that hasn’t been explored in any other media before.

Based on the little that’s been shown so far, it’s hard to tell what the final product will look like. However, the new title could represent a huge step forward for video game adaptations of the RoboCop franchise. The last time the cop appeared, it was for a small chat in Mortal Kombat 11.

The title will release for PS5 and Xbox Series X | S and PC. The Nintendo Switch version will arrive at a later date.
