Rocket attacks on shopping centers with more than a thousand civilians – VG

OSLO/KYIV (VG): 16 people have been killed in Russian attacks on civilians, according to Ukraine’s emergency services. Zelensky describes the attack as one of the most brazen terrorist attacks in European history.

Ukraine’s emergency services announced on Tuesday evening that 16 people had been confirmed dead and 59 injured. Writes AFP.

On Telegram, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky wrote that the Russians had fired missiles at a shopping center in the city of Kremenchug where more than a thousand civilians were staying.

He also shares a video of what is supposed to be the flaming mall.

The president says the mall is not a threat to the Russian military and has no strategic value.

Thirteen people have been confirmed dead, says Governor Dmytro Lunin, who expects the number to rise.

On the same day, eight civilians were killed in a Russian attack on the city of Lyschansk in the Luhansk region, according to Governor Serhiy Hajjaj.

People were sitting under the plane alarm
