The Kennedy campaign announced Wednesday that “Bobby” Kennedy (70) He will give a speech on Friday where he will say whether he will stand or surrender.

Kennedy's running mate, Nicole Shanahan, says in an interview with Fox News that she supports him – no matter what happens.

“And that’s Bobby’s decision. I went into this wholeheartedly to support him to win this election,” Shanahan tells the network.

It has been speculated for some time whether Robert F. “Bobby” Kennedy would end his presidential campaign.

Now Nicole Shanahan thinks it's the Democrats' fault.

“There was only one party that prevented us from having a fair election, and unfortunately it was the Democrats,” she tells Fox.

– Shows contempt

Kennedy himself writes on X that he is willing to talk to any leader of any political party in order to achieve his goals.

At the same time, it faces strong legal opposition.

The New York State Supreme Court ruled Monday that Kennedy's name could not appear on the official ballot.

“Democrats show contempt for democracy,” Kennedy said after the court ruling.

The lawsuit comes from groups with ties to Democrats, including in New York. There, Clear Choice Action sued Kennedy.

They and the court believe he does not live at the New York address he gave, but actually lives in California with his wife, Cheryl Hines.

In a video he shared on X He does not hide his dissatisfaction with the issues he has to go through.

“Now they're suing me all over the country,” Kennedy says in the video.


Gave millions

Vice presidential candidate Nicole Shanahan is a wealthy lawyer with a background in California's tech community.

Their connection arose when she began giving money to the Kennedy campaign. Gradually he began giving millions.

Although she is now a vice presidential candidate, she has been barely visible on the campaign trail.

He and “Bobby” Kennedy also appeared to disagree on several issues. Among other things, Kennedy declared himself “anti-wax,” while Shanahan was not.

But she has spoken to several media outlets in recent days. In the podcast, she lists two alternatives:

  • End the campaign and support Trump
  • Join us and start a “third party”

“But then we risk losing to Kamala Harris and Tim Walz because we’re taking votes away from Trump,” Shanahan says.
