Nobu, a brand of luxury hotels and Japanese restaurants, will open a hotel just four hours from the city of Lisbon. Directed by actor Robert De Niro, film producer Meir Tepper, and celebrity chef Nobu Matsuhisa, the Nobu Hotel concept is a curated experience where each facility is different.
The American company, of which actor Robert De Niro was one of the founders, will open the new space in the Plaza de San Francisco, in the city of Seville, and socimi Millenium was a real estate partner.
“Nobu Hotels blends modern luxury with traditional Japanese simplicity. Nobu hotels, restaurants and residences interact to provide products and services that share common characteristics of unique gastronomic experiences,” explains the venue’s management.
According to the projects, this luxury hotel will have 28 rooms, a spa, a gym, a cafeteria and a restaurant, and the initially planned implementation budget was 2.5 million euros.
“Seville is a charming and historic city that has emerged as a must-visit destination for many Nobu guests, and we are confident the Nobu brand will be embraced by locals and international travelers alike,” said Trevor Horwell, CEO of Nobu. Nobu Hospitality.
Currently, Nobu has 16 hotels in operation around the world, with 19 more openings already announced on the company’s website.
