Rita Pereira Appeals: ‘It’s Everyone’s Responsibility to End This’ – Current Affairs

Rita Pereira made sure to use her Instagram account to reaffirm an important message she conveyed during “Uma Canção Para Ti”, where she was a judge.

She begins by saying, “These programs and the exhibition we have should be used to leave positive marks. I believe we can change the world. I believe in that as an artist but above all as a mother.”

“It never occurred to me that children were victims of discrimination or bullying in school for trying to prove their identity.”And he affirms, unfortunately, that this is the reality that still exists today.

“It is good that there are more crazy people like me, who like to wear what they want – even if that is not what other people want or expect from us, and it is good that there are children who fill us with life and color,” he continued.

However, it leaves an appeal: “To other children, those who bully, please respect all your peers. No matter how different they are from you, if you wear different clothes, if you like girls or boys more, if your skin color is different from yours, if your skin tone is thinner or more Fattest, if they don’t have an X or Y phone. Everyone deserves respect.”

“It is everyone’s responsibility to stop this, children, families and schools.”finish.
