“I have some news for you. Please do not be sad. I am dying. The truth is that we are all dying. Every day we live is a day closer to death,” the 75-year-old wrote.

“Why am I sharing this? Because I want you to live your life to the fullest every day. Wake up in the morning and look up at the sky. Appreciate their joys and enjoy.”

Simmons was previously diagnosed with skin cancer, and has been open with his followers about his health.
