Richard Gere transformed the mansion into a 'bunker' by erecting 4-metre-high walls.

GRichard Gere and Alejandra Silva have just completed the renovation work on their mansion in Moraleja, Cáceres.

As reported by Vanitas magazine, it is an 800 square meter house on a 3,000 square meter plot of land.

In order to maintain maximum privacy, the couple built four-metre-high walls around the house, preventing onlookers from seeing inside.

In order to avoid the intrusion of photographers, and even strangers, a security point with eight surveillance cameras was installed.

Remember that the couple recently decided to swap the United States for Spain.

In an interview with the magazine, the Hollywood actor actually pointed out that Alejandra wasn't against his move to the United States, so he wanted to return the favor.
