Retro Action RPG Souldiers has been postponed to June 2 for consoles and PC

Independent studio Retro Forge and publisher Dear Villagers announce Souldiers’ 16-bit RPG-inspired adventure is a bit late. Originally scheduled to release on May 19, the release was pushed back to June 2 on PS5, Xbox Series, PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC (steam).

“We are very pleased with the overall performance of the Souldiers, but we still have some bugs to work around and we want to make sure that when the game launches, and we ask consumers to spend their hard-earned money on it, they receive Retro Forge’s creative director Alberto Hernandez: “Excellent and bug-free experience.” “We know how annoying it is to have to wait so long, but we assure everyone that it was worth it. We’re a small team, and developing a game the size of Souldiers during a global pandemic has us weathered many unexpected challenges, so we appreciate your patience as we refine the retro experience you’ve come to expect.”

More details about the game can be read below via Dear Villagers. A free demo is available at steam In case you want to test the game.
