PSI will have a new company. Praça de Lisboa prepares to welcome its new tenant – Executive Summary

The Lisbon Stock Exchange will receive a new listed company this week. Real estate investment and management company (SIGI) Vila dos Números will conduct a direct acceptance of 50,000 shares at a price of 120 euros per share.

This movement represents the full entry of the company's subscribed capital into the Euronext Access market, a multilateral trading system on the Lisbon Stock Exchange, Negócios reveals.

Technical acceptance of the shares is scheduled for Tuesday. According to the deal document, Vila dos Números will not use public offering or private placement mechanisms to raise capital. Currently, the company's sole shareholder is Léxico SGPS. The legislation requires SIGIs to be listed on the stock exchange, a system already followed by other similar companies in Lisbon, such as Atrium Bire and Olimpo Real Estate Portugal, SIGI (ORES Portugal).

Founded in 2010 and led by Claudia Leal, Vila dos Números achieved SIGI status in December 2022. The company aims to generate capital appreciation in the medium and long term by managing a portfolio of predominantly real estate investments. The investment policy includes the acquisition and development of construction and rehabilitation projects for resale or rent, as well as investments in mixed or rural buildings.
