Jason David Frank, who played Green Power Ranger Tommy Oliver in the 1990s children’s series “Mighty Morphin Power Rangers,” has died at the age of 49, publicist announced Sunday.

Walter Emmanuel Jones, the original Black Ranger who co-starred with Frank in “Mighty Morphin Power Rangers,” wrote on Instagram that he still couldn’t believe what happened.

Thuy Trang, who played the first Yellow Power Ranger, died in a car accident in 2001 when he was 27 years old.
