Portugal defeats Hungary and will discuss the women’s futsal title in Europe – Futsal
Portugal in the women’s European Futsal Championship final!

Portugal confirmed, on Friday, its presence for the second time in a row in the final of the European Futsal Championship for women, after its victory over Hungary 6-0. In a one-way match from the first minute, Pisco (12 minutes) opened the scoring and … “ketchup” the Portuguese goals. Carolina Pedrera (16 minutes) and Vivo (17 minutes) consolidated their lead even before the break, leaving the team led by Luis Conceicao to win peacefully 3-0.

In the second part, the national coach made some changes to the five but the Quenas team did not take one foot off the accelerator, adding three more goals to the final accounts of the match. First, Volk made the score 4-0 with a swerve into his own net, then Katia Morgado scored the fifth goal (one of the goals of the night, coinciding with Vivo’s shot) and Maria López Pereira (36) closed the score.

Thus, Portugal will be present in the final of the European Women’s Futsal Championship, where it will discuss with Spain, on Sunday, the title on the way.

And so the two teams readjusted the 2019 final, also at Pavilhão Multiusos de Gondomar, when the Spanish team lifted the trophy after winning 4-0 in the final.
