nOn the day it became known that the FC Porto elections will be held on April 27, Pinto da Costa announced, on Monday, through the official website of the “Todos pelo Porto” candidacy, three new proposals within the scope of “transparency and good governance” for Blue and White.

The renewal of the management team comes to the fore, “with the entry of new elements with proven experience in the private sector, in complex and competitive environments,” and ends with highlighting “the regular disclosure of financial statements,” “in a clear and understandable manner,” from income and expenses to debts. And investments “in order to improve communication with partners, fans, investors, strategic partners and suppliers.”

In addition, the idea of ​​establishing a broader independent audit committee “composed of members of the Supreme Council and also including figures from various lists” is also being proposed.

Let us remember that two months before the elections, the three nominations on the table were Pinto da Costa (who has been in power for 42 years), Nuno Lobo, and André Villas-Boas.
