A few days ago, Swedish influencer Philippa Toremo (26 years old) revealed a surprise. In a video on Instagram The 26-year-old revealed that she is 24 weeks pregnant, without knowing about the pregnancy until now.
I felt ashamed after the decision
Torimu continued, saying she had long suffered from irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), which is characterized by alternating bowel complaints such as flatulence, flatulence, diarrhea, constipation and a feeling of incomplete emptying, according to the Directorate of Health.
So it became the new normal for the 26-year-old to have a lot of stomach aches and bloating.
My stomach can become swollen and hypersensitive and sometimes I find it difficult to eat without feeling achy and sore. Those who have irritable bowel syndrome can probably relate to how desperate you get, and undergo various tests. I finally got an answer to what my concern was, as you say in the video.
Feeling unreal
“For me, it was never normal to have a baby, and suddenly finding out that I had a baby in my womb and was going to give birth in four months was a completely unreal feeling,” she continues.
– Much more difficult
Toremo doesn’t hide that she’s unsure if she should share the news with her followers, and thus was nervous about opening up about this.
The 26-year-old noted that she understands that many may be wondering how early pregnancy can go unnoticed.
– I’m at least as confused as you, because I have IBS that haunts me, and I’ve been taking birth control pills and have taken many pregnancy tests.
The 26-year-old admitted that she had been anxious for a long time and therefore felt compelled to take several tests to find out. Now that she’s six months pregnant, she can no longer make up her mind about becoming pregnant.
to me Abortion law in Sweden After the 18th week, you should seek legal advice from the National Board of Health and Care regarding an abortion. Abortion cannot be allowed if the fetus can survive outside the pregnant woman’s body. Therefore, a full 21 weeks and six days of pregnancy is considered the last day of the miscarriage.
Torimu assured her followers that she received help from her relatives, midwives and psychiatrists to sort out her feelings about it, and find out what happens next.
In the video, she indicated that she did not want to expand on anything else until she herself felt ready.
The hardest choice of my life
Flow with support
After Toremo posted the video, she was inundated with supportive comments on Instagram, including from Bianca Ingrosso (27).
“You are beautiful. Strong, brave and beautiful through and through,” she wrote, while another follower said she could relate to what Torimu is going through now.
“Beautiful Philippa. I found out about my 25 week pregnancy, and yes it came as a shock. If you ever want to talk to someone at some point, I’m here, even if you don’t want to talk to a completely random person. A big hug to you.”

A third thinks this is probably more normal than you think, and that she shouldn’t be ashamed.
“You’ve heard this so many times! Six-month-old girls who haven’t noticed! Don’t be ashamed of it, the body is a mystery. You’re going through a shock now, it’s good that you are talking and getting help.”
