Paula - Cecchino and Joao Ferreira by Al-Misrati (Benfica)

Weaknesses in midfield last season are of concern to Jorge Jesus and SAD in the market to strengthen the sector. Negotiations for the transfer of Joao Mario, the incarnate believes, are in their final stage and will occupy SAD managers in the next few hours. Once the issue is resolved, the Eagles await a new challenge – hiring another midfielder.

Al-Libi Al-Misrati, from SC Braga, is still on top of the Al-Nusour’s favorites. The club’s presidents, Luis Felipe Vieira and Antonio Salvador, have talked about a possible deal, but the amount requested by the Minho leader, 20 million euros, is considered blocked at Luz. Signing players who are not a priority for Jorge Jesus could be the solution to the understanding between Benfica and Braga.

Minho represented midfielder Cecchinho and right-back Joao Ferreira, as well as midfielder Alpha Semedo. The first is not part of Jesus’ plans, although there are clubs interested abroad, such as Ajax, PSV Eindhoven, Turin, Galatasaray or Dinamo Moscow. Benfica Sade had hoped to sell Cecchino’s pass for 15 million euros, but no team has reached that amount. Antonio Salvador Chiquinho would not reside at this high number. The midfielder, who has left Benfica, will be expected to be able to play abroad and at a club with the financial capacity to pay high salaries.
