One UI 7 promises a lot of new features. See more about what's changing

As reported several times, One UI 7 promises to be an amazing update for Samsung smartphones. This version of your software promises to bring a lot of changes, especially on the aesthetic level.

In the last few days, we have come across some images that show us some of the aesthetic changes that One UI 7 will implement. Now, we have new images that reveal more about the South Korean company's plans.

The images in question are being shared again by Chun Bhaithrough his profile on the social network X. After revealing the new quick settings and notification panel, he now shows us what the app drawer will look like and even the new lock screen animations.

Set a new location for the search bar in the app drawer

One of the major new features in One UI 7 will be the new location of the search bar in the app drawer. Traditionally placed at the top of the screen, it will now move to the bottom.

This change will be very welcome, especially on smartphones with larger screens. It will make it easier to use with one hand, which will effectively contribute to improving the ergonomics of Samsung devices.

New animations to download on the locked screen

Another new feature now documented in an image is a new animation of the charging process of Samsung smartphones. This will appear on the locked screen, helping users understand the charging status of their devices more easily.

The shared image only shows us the clock and internet app icons. However, you can see that they will be more rounded and have a new look that improves their aesthetics and readability.

Gradually, we will have a more concrete view of what Samsung is preparing for One UI 7. The aesthetic details have been highlighted, but it is important to remember that the company should also have some surprises for the software.

The event where One UI 7 will be officially announced will take place in October. So, until then, we still have to talk more about this software.
