Mark Zuckerberg just announced the arrival of a new update for WhatsApp which will surely be liked by many!
As we already realized in June, the Goal I’ve been working on a new WhatsApp update that includes the ability to send high-definition pictures (very accurate).
WhatsApp automatically compresses (reduces the quality) of all your uploaded photos and videos. If it is true that it makes downloading easier, the servers are less loaded and the download is almost instantaneous, it is equally true that the quality is much lower than intended (be nice!).
However, from now on, you will be able to send photos with a maximum resolution of 4096 x 2692 pixels Compared with 1600 x 1052 The usual pixels. As you can see, the jump in quality is brutal.
How to send high resolution images on WhatsApp
- checks if WhatsApp has been updated to the latest version;
- open the application and enter the conversation to which you want to send the image in high definition;
- Tap on the clip icon in the lower right corner and select “Gallery”;
- select the image and click on the “HD” icon;
- A window will appear at the bottom, where you will be able to choose the “HD Quality” option;
- It voila! just send.
However, you should keep in mind that it is not always possible to send files in high definition. but why? It is important to clarify that this option is not available in images downloaded from WhatsApp, from the Internet or screenshots (print screen). Thus, only photos taken with a cell phone camera or within WhatsApp are allowed.
