Brass Token is a newly formed Canadian studio already working on its first big project, a promising horror title called The Chant, which will be released for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.

Published by Koch Media, The Chant is a third-person horror game that has elements of adventure and action, and brings strange environments and a sinister story. The game is being developed on Unreal Engine 4.

Set on a remote island, The Chant serves as a spiritual getaway. However, a ritual song deviates and opens a portal to a nightmare dimension called The Gloom.

Feeding on people’s negative energy, this dark dimension drives everyone on the island, including you, into a frenzy, while The Gloom attacks your fears and fears, manifesting them as multidimensional creatures.

Now you have to survive the confrontation with these supernatural beings. For this, the game will bring you many supernatural abilities, such as crafting spiritual weapons, which will allow you to leave this island alive.

Brass Token Studio is made up of a number of game industry veterans, including the developers who have been involved in creating classic titles like Bully and Sleeping Dogs.

Chant will be released in 2022 during the Brazilian Spring for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
