Know where to go if you experience reactions after being vaccinated against Covid-19 in Brusque

Covid-19 vaccination program in Advance Brusque As planned by the Santa Catarina State Government. At least four different types of vaccines were made available to the population: Pfizer, Butantan, Astrazeneca, and Janssen. Each has some kind of technology and as a result, it can cause different reactions in people.

Among the reports of major reactions are nausea, diarrhea, muscle aches, chills, loss of appetite, cough, joint pain, itching, runny nose, and nasal congestion. As the number of Covid-19 vaccine applications being offered increases, so has the number of people experiencing reactions.

As the Brusque Department of Health, residents who experience any reaction to a vaccine within 48 hours of submitting an application can request support at two locations. In the basic health reference unit, during working hours, or in the emergency room of the central clinic, which is open from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Outside of these hours and during the night, care is provided in hospitals that maintain SUS duty. They are Azambuja and Dom Joaquim.

If residents feel a reaction 48 hours after submitting the application, the service will be at the triage centre. Currently, the center is installed in the Arena Brusque and is open seven days a week, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
