Johnny Depp has been very conservative lately, especially since the controversy with his ex-wife, Amber Heard, over a lawsuit she filed in court accusing the actor of domestic violence.
But on the 5th of this Sunday, Depp wanted to make an exception to the “rule” and be present at the Deauville Film Festival in connection with the screening of his film, City of Lies.
For the occasion, the “Pirates of the Caribbean” star opted for a dark blue suit, complete with a white shirt, his signature hat, and even some glasses.
The artist’s appearance comes weeks after a judge in Virginia, in the United States, ruled in his favour, giving Johnny the possibility to pursue defamation charges against Amber Heard in an article he wrote for The Washington Post in 2018, in which he claimed he was a victim of domestic violence during his marriage.
