President Joe Biden apparently believes the late Congresswoman Jackie Wallorsky was among the attendees at the White House Food Conference on Wednesday.

“Jackie, are you here?” cried the chief across the room.

Walorsky, a Republican, has been central to the cross-party work on Biden’s big plan to fight hunger and malnutrition on Wednesday, and the president may have invited her to praise her for the work she’s done.
