Jennifer Garner admits to being concerned about the amount of alcohol she’s started drinking in the pandemic

Jennifer Garner admitted that she was concerned about the amount of alcohol she was consuming during the pandemic. The 49-year-old actress remembered that she had been drinking practically every day and this prompted her to rethink her habits.

Garner’s remarks were made during an Instagram presentation, in which fellow actress Judy Greer spoke.

The artist said she drank “a little bit almost every night” and although she didn’t like drinking much when she was younger, that habit changed with the birth of her children as a result of her marriage to Ben Affleck. According to Garner, the wine was a “reward” for the days caring for Violet, 15, Serafina, 12, and Samuel, nine.

“It was that little sip I gave, and it seemed like I worked for it and deserved it,” he said. However, the actress began to feel that she was starting to consume more wine during the pandemic. “I started thinking: I drink a little every night, especially during an epidemic. If I drink half a cup every night, and if my half cup is actually a cup, it would be seven a week,” he says. And let’s say I have two glasses in weekend; then, all of a sudden, I came close to having 10 glasses of wine a week.”

Garner admits that he couldn’t find the “right amount” to drink alcohol safely, and therefore, decided to stay “vigilant” and put it aside for 10 weeks, with only one exception for a trip to New York. He admitted, “It’s one of my favorite places to have fun away from the kids.”
