If you're going to take ibuprofen before sex, think twice.

andDo you have a headache or mildly uncomfortable pain, and would you take ibuprofen before sex? The solution may be to feel better, but the ideal solution is to think carefully about the practice. A doctor explained it all to HousDigest.

Doctor Homan Melamed revealed, “Ibuprofen is not without side effects, including erectile dysfunction. It is also worth noting high blood pressure, ulcers, headaches, and kidney problems.”

It is a common drug and can be found easily, but it can cause problems if taken frequently. In the case of men, erectile dysfunction can be one of the consequences.

The doctor also cited a study from the Journal of Urology, from 2011. About 57% of participants reported moderate or severe erectile dysfunction. They were regular users of anti-inflammatories.

Homan-Melamed recommends a non-pharmacological approach to solving the problem of some type of pain. If you have symptoms of arthritis, losing weight and following a vegetarian diet may help.
