the Prince William showed his most romantic side with a loving gesture that did not go unnoticed by the watchful eyes of the British press.
The Dukes of Cambridge’s Christmas card, a family photo from a trip taken in October this year, proves the prince has kept a promise he made to his wife three years ago.
William took Kate and their three children to Jordan, the country where the family Christmas card photo was taken and a very special place for the Duchess of Cambridge.
Kate Middleton was deeply saddened when in June 2018, due to the fact that Prince Louis had just been born, she was unable to accompany her husband on an official visit to Jordan.
“She is very upset that I came here without her,” said William at the time, and he had at the same time promised his wife to return to the country together.
For the Duchess, Jordan is a particularly special place because it has been her “home” for three years. Kate lived with her family in the Middle Eastern country between 1984 and 1987, while her father, Michael Middleton, worked as a manager for British Airways.
