Greenvolt made profits of €1.2 million last year, a decline of 92.9% compared to the €16.6 million recorded the previous year, the company led by João Manso Neto (pictured) said on Tuesday. The company indicates that excluding the impact of discontinued operations, profit will be €7.5 million, representing a decrease of 65.3%.
Operating income grew by 59.1% to €385.5 million, while earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) rose by 3.2% to €103.1 million.

The company also indicates that it intends to complete the sale of 500 MW of assets by the end of the year, and in the distributed generation sector, focus on strengthening its presence in the various geographies in which it operates, with the aim of achieving a positive impact on annual EBITDA.
