Fuel prices will drop starting next Monday, May 1st. In the case of petrol, the reduction will be two cents per liter, while in diesel it will be 4.5 cents, a source in the sector revealed to Negusius.

According to the data of the General Directorate of Energy and Geology, the selling price to the public, last Monday, April 24, for straight gasoline 95 was 1.673 euros per liter, while the price of simple diesel was 1.473 euros per liter.

With this decrease, the cost of gasoline will rise to 1,653 euros, to return to the values ​​recorded at the beginning of the year, and diesel to 1,428 euros per liter.

So gasoline will still be more expensive than diesel, with a difference of 22.5 cents between the two fuels.
