The next morning, she was pronounced dead at the hospital.

run after the car

Alinimora worked as a speech therapist at a school in Ohio, USA, and also worked as a waitress to support her son.

According to police, she had finished work and was about to pick up the 6-year-old from the babysitter that evening. Her son had fallen asleep, so Alexa took him out of the house and into the car.

As she was about to go home, she realized she had forgotten something at the babysitter's.

She parked her car right outside the house and went back to get what she needed. On her way back to the car, she saw someone leading her out onto the road.

According to police, someone must have seen Alexa run toward the car before she was struck and thrown to the ground. The car continued through the residential area before being abandoned near the crime scene.

Police found Alexa's son asleep and unharmed.
